Nerves December 7, 2008

The egg retrieval is tomorrow, and I’ll admit I’m scared.  It feels like the night before surgery, which I guess it technically is since this qualifies as a surgical procedure.  After more than a dozen open-abdominal surgeries, you’d think I would be okay with something so relatively minor, but no, I’m still scared out of my mind.  It’s at 12:30.  Nerves.  Lots of them.
